Customers will be able to utilise OPTIMOGOV’s web-based customer portal for browsing all available function rooms and initiating the booking procedure. OPTIMOGOV further enables customers to access images, location information, descriptions, virtual tours, and more. Additionally, booking officers will have the capability to reserve rooms on behalf of customers through their internal module, including completing the booking process, including payment.
Can I book add-ons in addition to a space, such as equipment and catering?
Certainly! OPTIMOGOV not only facilitates the booking of venues, spaces, and rooms but also accommodates the inclusion of add-ons that the council may offer, such as catering, among others. However, the availability of these services to customers depends on whether the council chooses to provide them.
Is there a cancellation policy for function room bookings?
Council’s existing cancellation policy can be applied to OPTIMOGOV, and terms and conditions can be made a mandatory tick to be read and agreed prior to submitting a booking inquiry on OPTIMOGOV.
