Yes. OPTIMOGOV enables customers to make advance bookings, and it also offers the flexibility to configure the system based on the council’s business rules. This configuration can restrict customers or booking officers from making bookings in advance unless a specified minimum number of days is met.

For customers, the process involves clicking on the “Cancel Request” option located within the “My Bookings” tab. This action initiates a cancellation request, which is subsequently sent to the council for confirmation.
