OPTIMOGOV comes with built-in integration with several payment gateways, including Securepay, Bpoint, and Westpac payment gateways. OPTIMOGOV also seamlessly incorporate Bpay and Aus Post for payment processing. Furthermore, OPTIMOGOV supports payment processing through Bank Eftpos, facilitating digital payments for added convenience. In summary, OPTIMOGOV allows customers to pay via card, cash, cheque.
Is there a refund policy for event tickets if I cannot attend?
Yes. OPTIMOGOV includes a refund process system enabling the council to refund for paid tickets or services.
